Sales Account Manager – Michael Oliva State Farm

You’ll strengthen client relationships, support day-to-day agency operations, and connect customers with the products and services that can make a real difference.
We are specifically seeking candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish, so they can confidently communicate with and support our diverse customer base.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with new and existing customers
- Act as a liaison between customer needs and agency services
- Proactively identify opportunities to recommend relevant insurance and financial products
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the client experience
- Contribute to the agency’s growth through sales, relationship-building, and follow-up
- Help customers make informed decisions that protect their families, assets, and future
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
